How does 14-days money back guarantee work?
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 14 days from the shipping date.
RAJ MUSICALS only accepts returns made within the first 14 days from shipment.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 14-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Terms & conditions for return process:
- Raj Musicals only accepts returns made within the first fourteen (14) days after delivery.
- All return items must include original packaging along the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.
- The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (hygiene issues), raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
What happens if a product I order is not available?
All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. Sometimes some popular products run out of stock. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this, our customer support department will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. Please note that in the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 business days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.
How much time does it take to ship my order?
We usually stock 90% of what we sell. Once we receive the order for the product we have in stock, the product is tested and packed in 1 - 2 days. The actual shipping transit time is 4-8 working days anywhere in India. Most customers receive their product(s) within 5 -10 business days of placing their order. Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightening fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our top priority :) Road Permits Requisite Sales Tax Forms / Road Permits / Entry Forms may be required for delivery to certain areas. Our dispatch team will be in touch with you if this is required for your area. Please note that responsibility for providing these forms lies with the user. We may be unable to dispatch the order if the requisite forms are not received by us in original. Inability to comply with requirement of the requisite form(s) in original will lead to cancellation of order and refund/return of advance payment, if received.
How will you ship my order?
Nation-wide shipping is an integral part of our business, and we have tied up with courier services for deliveries across the country. We may send your order by EMS Speed post for certain locations.
Is my instrument safe during shipping?
We pack our instruments very well before we dispatch. Our packaging methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate. Since over 90% of our orders are shipped outside Delhi, we have naturally developed considerable experience and expertise in the art of packaging and shipping. The average time we spend on packing a guitar is 45 minutes, and for a drumkit we spend almost 1.5 hours!
